If you can detect an emerging pattern here, so can the 26-year-old Cincinnati resident who Saturday won his first national title in the USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Hayward Field. “I can definitely win there,” he said of the World Championships in Berlin. “The question was could I win here before this, and I won. Never doubt yourself.
